Joni uses a unique blend of music and the natural intelligence of the body to help her students discover how the asanas (postures) and breath can work to suit each individual blueprint. She obtained her RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) by Jan Hauenstein, a nationally recognized Yoga Instructor and founder of TRY4Life Yoga Teacher Certification School Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America for the past 20 years.
