Yoga Basics & Beyond

This class is designed for beginners to yoga as well as students who wish to refine their asana practice. Instruction will include proper alignment, breath-work and modification options. Set at a slow flow pace, the class will build upon poses, allowing students to refine them and, if desired, take them to the next level. Students learn in a supportive environment that allows for everyone to go deeper into their understanding of yoga and their bodies.
