Cynthia spent the first 20 years of her professional career practicing law before she came upon her true calling as a yoga instructor. She seeks to help others integrate yoga asana and meditation into their lives to become happier and healthier. She believes in being true to one's current self while allowing for exploration of one's edge and expansion of one's capabilities. Cynthia's classes contain flowing routines which guide students to become more confident in their bodies, more present in their minds and more at peace in their hearts.
